the Government of India, National Institute of Educational

non-government organizations assign projects to the Institute.
These are co-ordinated with participation of CES faculty. CES
is funded by grants received by the Institute from the Indian
Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi and the
Government of Maharashtra on equal matching basis. Two special
cells have been set up in CES to work on (a) Educational
Problems of Minorities and (b) Education for ALL. The EFA
cell is located at the J.P.Naik Centre for Education and
Development. Both these Cells help conduct field-studies and
training programmes for government agencies and NGOs. CES
brings out several publications, including periodicals, in
English and Marathi. |
