Special thrust on Principal’s personality

including communication skills, stress management,

information technology in college development, maintenance of
college accounts, vision building, institution building,
problem solving techniques.

Education Management
|

The Centre for Educational Studies,
established by the Indian Institute of Education and
recognized by the University of Pune as a post-graduate
Research Institute for conducting the M.Phil and Ph.D
programmes in Education (Interdisciplinary), is now launching
a new interdisciplinary human resource development
programme, i.e. Pune University’s Diploma in
Educational Management. This innovative modular course is
based on the credit-point system and its duration is one
year.
This Diploma Course aims at the
strengthening of human resources, whether trainers or managers
in the education system or industry or educational
institutions, at all levels. It is open to graduates
from any university-level discipline in humanities, social
sciences, basic and applied sciences, education, engineering
and other professional and vocational courses.
Candidates with
minimum second class
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian or foreign
university will be admitted to the Diploma Course which will start
on 3 October, 2006.
